Introduction for the funding application

Before you begin, please read carefully the following details regarding submission of an application to our Foundation.  

• There is no legal entitlement to benefits from the Foundation.

• Only applications submitted through the online portal will be considered. No applications will be accepted by letter or email, neither by the Foundation Board nor by the Office. 

• Formal applications for Foundation benefits will be reviewed by the Foundation Office, if necessary in cooperation with persons with specialised knowledge and expertise. Such individuals shall be independent experts in their field. After a successful preliminary review, applications that fulfil the formal and material requirements will be submitted to the Foundation Board for decision. The final decision will be made by the Foundation Board.

• Applications and projects that are suitable for achieving a far-reaching, lasting and substantial impact will be taken into consideration.

• You may save or print your application entries at any time and work on it again at your convenience before submitting it.

• Please note that only PDF, JPG and PNG files that do not exceed 20MB are accepted. If necessary, you can use compression and conversion tools available on the internet. You can attach these supporting documents during the application process.

• Reread your project carefully before submitting it. Keep in mind that once your project is submitted, the selection process begins, and no further amendments can be made. 

• All funding applications are given our special attention, and this process may take considerable time. We will therefore get back to you as soon as possible.
